ancient's Byzantine castle and its beaches. There is an elegant sweeping
2 Km long tree-lined promenade where you can enjoy watching or joining in the
classical Italian "passeggiata". The port is just a short
drive away and as the main link to the Aeolian Islands it has regular
hydrofoil and ferry services making Milazzo the ideal base to explore
these fascinating islands whilst benefiting from its easy access to
Taormina, Mount Etna and Palermo
