Masseria degli Ulivi

Originally a country house dating from the late 1800s the Masseria Degli Ulivi is a typical example of Iblean architecture from this period. It is set in the quiet rural countryside 9 kilometres from Noto. The Masseria surrounds an attractive internal courtyard and is decorated in complimentary rustic style using traditional materials and handmade floor tiles. The extensive gardens rich with olive and carob trees also house a large swimming pool and terrace. The restaurant has an excellent reputation for serving good local dishes using locally grown seasonal ingredients.
