placed for visiting nearby Caltagirone and Piazza Armerina
it is set in 500 acres of well cultivated farm land which includes
wheat, olive trees , vineyards and prickly pears ( the only area in Sicily
to cultivate these delicious fruit).
The accommodation is in 2 buildings with bedrooms on the ground and
first floor. The large restaurant has been beautifully converted from a fine old
barn and serves good local cuisine much of which is produced on their
own land including their own wine and liquors.
